This role demands an exceptional HR leader who can harmonise people practices with business objectives, ensuring seamless alignment across geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of scalable HR infrastructure, fostering consistency and compliance throughout the organisation.
  • Strengthen core HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding, ensuring they are tailored to meet evolving business needs.
  • Partner closely with local leadership teams and Group People & Culture to deliver group-wide initiatives, leveraging collective expertise to enhance talent planning, employee relations, performance issues, and workforce initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing actionable insights on organisational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Drive recruitment efforts, overseeing end-to-end hiring processes to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes, while coaching and supporting local HR/administrative resources to strengthen on-the-ground delivery and capability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and governance standards, working collaboratively with finance and legal partners to maintain optimal regulatory footing.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement by harnessing employee feedback and workforce insights.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of broad-based HR experience, ideally with multi-country or regional exposure, demonstrating ability to work effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Strong generalist background with experience in HR operations, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, showcasing adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels, building trust through excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possessing a strong ownership mindset to drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • Experience strengthening or evolving HR processes in high-growth or dynamic settings, with a passion for designing scalable people practices that enhance employee experience and drive business success.
