We seek an experienced OT System Specialist Control System Engineer to manage and support control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and AVEVA SCADA platforms. The role involves system troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, diagnostics, and coordination with OEMs and IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PLC Programming: Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms with a strong background in Allen Bradley.
  • System Integration: Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting PLC Systems: Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA system migration.
  • HMI SCADA Applications: Design, configure, and develop HMI SCADA applications.
  • System Testing and Validation: Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), on-site commissioning, PLC SCADA Project testing, commissioning, and debugging ensuring that PLC-controlled SCADA systems operate according to specifications and requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects, offer ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC SCADA systems.

  • Communication Protocol: PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DNP3, Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP
  • OPC: Kepware Configuration
  • Database and Scripting: Knowledge on database, VBScripting
