Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Order-to-Cash process for a global client, responsible for managing a team of employees across various sub-processes including Cash Applications, B2B Collections, Billing, and Credit Management.">
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to measure accuracy and timeliness, providing regular reports to stakeholders and taking proactive action to address any issues or dips in process performance.">
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to analyze volumetric information, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive business growth.">
  • Manage people-related issues through effective communication and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.">
  • Act as a second-level point of contact for critical customer issues, resolving problems promptly and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.">
  • Take ownership of process and operations, ensuring transparency and agility in solving complex problems to deliver exceptional customer experiences.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (MBA-Finance preferred)">
  • Significant experience in Order-to-Cash processes, preferably in a leadership role">
  • Excellent knowledge of B2B Collections and Cash Applications">
  • Proven team management experience, with a minimum of 40 people managed">
  • SAP experience in managing Cash Applications and Collections">
  • Strong oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze and problem-solve">
  • Previous experience in managing client partners from diverse regions">
  • Analytics certification or full-time MBA degree from a top institution">
