Accounts Receivable Executive

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently.
  • They should be able to demonstrate their capacity to improve and/or transform team processes, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Quick adaptability to changes and conceptual thinking are essential attributes for this role.
  • The candidate must have experience in billing and resubmitting claims, as well as retrieving necessary documents for billing and account resolution.
  • Posting adjustments and resolving credit balances are also key responsibilities.
  • Resolving rejections and denials through corrections and appeals is a critical aspect of this position.

Required Skills:

  • Adaptability: Quick adaptation to changes.
  • Billing and Resubmission: Experience in billing and resubmitting claims.

  • Credit Balance Resolution: Ability to resolve credit balances.
  • Rejection/Denial Resolution: Skill in resolving rejections and denials through corrections and appeals.

  • PG: Any Postgraduate.
