Growth Manager Role Overview
The Growth Manager will lead the overall business expansion and development initiatives for a leading marketplace. This includes driving new business acquisition, customer engagement, and regional market penetration while managing marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and ensure consistent revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
- Manage and expand the regional business development teams to penetrate new markets with high-growth potential.
- Build strong client relationships and strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and monitor high-impact marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Strategically allocate resources to optimize marketing ROI, ROAS, and customer quality.
- Partner with design and creative teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.
Customer Support & Lead Generation
- Lead and manage the customer support and lead generation teams to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Implement effective processes for handling customer queries, feedback, and escalations.
Funnel & Metrics Ownership
- Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, monetization.
- Track, analyze, and improve key performance indicators such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, retention, and cohort analysis.
- Maintain robust attribution frameworks using tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth, business development, or performance marketing within a B2C or B2B environment.
- Prior experience in managing customer support, lead generation, and regional sales teams is highly desirable.
- Strong grasp of user acquisition funnels and metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, Retention).
Leadership & Strategic Acumen
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including business development, marketing, and customer support.
- Strong decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of delivering measurable growth through data-driven strategies.
