Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

This is a senior role that involves designing, deploying, and maintaining the organization's data platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, cloud platforms, and big data technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing existing data collection systems, supervising junior data engineering teams, identifying opportunities for improving performance and efficiency of data platforms, and collaborating with clients to understand their data-related needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We require the following technical skills:

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong expertise in building and optimizing ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience working with Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.
  • Extensive understanding of Python and advanced SQL.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and related tools.
  • Experience managing and optimizing relational databases and NoSQL databases.
