Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Risk and Control Manager to join our team and lead daily activities across finance, IT, and regulatory compliance.

This role involves managing the assessment and implementation of risk frameworks and policy compliance changes.

Main Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:

  • Support management teams in identifying and assessing risks within the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive forward remedial action plans for identified risks.
  • Contribute to a culture of proactive and pre-emptive risk management and continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need strong workflow management skills, including direct report management, as well as effective communication skills to work well within the team and negotiate with stakeholders.

Educational Background:

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field is required. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is also essential.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to assess business financial and credit risk for respective portfolios or sectors.
  • Knowledge of payment ecosystems and understanding of financial products.
  • Financial and other risk analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with implementing IT systems.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
