Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at FedEx. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 130 outbound calls per week to customers and prospects
  • Qualify leads and create opportunities from validated leads
  • Closing 38 accounts per month, with a 50% activation rate
  • Generate 7 collaboration opportunities for the field team per month
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
