Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Indus Systems & Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Outreach:
• Make regular calls to customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to keep customers engaged and informed.
2. Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling and customer inquiries.
• Work closely with the Team Lead to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Track and manage leads in the CRM system to ensure a smooth sales process.
3. Customer Requirement Management:
• Gather and document customer requirements accurately to ensure they are met.
• Provide timely and accurate quotes based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams/product specialist to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled.
4. Deal Closure:
• Follow up on quotes and proposals to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure that all closed deals are properly documented and processed in the CRM system.
5. CRM Management:
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on lead status, customer requirements, and deal closures.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
