Facility Management Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Manager/Property Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee soft services including housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, and front office services.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetics across the property.
  • Ensure all service providers adhere to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage outsourced vendor contracts and relationships.
  • Monitor vendor performance, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with statutory norms.
  • Lead, train, and supervise facility staff for efficient daily operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and corporate stakeholders.
  • Handle tenant complaints, requests, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Conduct regular inspections and service reviews.
  • Coordinate with engineering maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Ensure systems, HVAC, elevators, electrical, plumbing operate efficiently and safely.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety drills, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain necessary documentation as per local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare facility budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Submit regular reports on operations, vendor performance, incidents, and audits.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
