We're establishing India's first Giga plant to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells in Bengaluru.

Our goal is to achieve excellence in NMC Cell design and development. This role requires leading a design and development team for NMC technology for various formats of battery cells manufactured in our Gigafactory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain adequate inventories of raw materials, assembly materials, PPEs, and consumables on the shop floor according to production plans.
  • Issue materials from various warehouses to production with the help of material handling equipment such as RGVs, AGVs, forklifts, BOPTs, HOPTs, stalkers, and conveyors.
  • Allocate manpower for kitting, de-palletizing, palletizing, packing, material issues, internal scrap movement, and other tasks.
  • Ensure zero stock variance through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and variance analysis.
  • Dispose of scrap (hazardous and non-hazardous) to designated areas.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as production planning, process, maintenance, quality, IT contractors, SCM, and other teams to fulfill business requirements.
  • Ensure accurate entries and pass SAP documents according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain adherence to standards.
  • Issue PPEs and consumables.
Main Objectives:
  • Deliver the right materials to production at the right time and in the right place.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prevent production stoppages due to material unavailability.
  • Train personnel to use related equipment effectively.
