As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer and operational results through your expertise in warehouse management solutions and transport management systems at the site level.

">Your Role and Responsibilities">

Your primary objective will be to provide professional solutions in warehouse management and/or transport management, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal system implementation and ongoing operational success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warehouse Tender Support: Assist in supporting warehouse tenders for core and surrounding systems.">
  • Customer Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.">
  • System Configurations & Testing: Support information systems application configurations, EDI, testing, and training, and contribute to go-live activities.">
  • Application Support: Provide ongoing support for applications in existing operations, driving continuous improvement and innovation concepts.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.">
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transport Management Systems (TMS).">
  • Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and integration (EDI/API), along with testing and go-live activities.">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.">
  • Logistics or supply chain operations experience is highly preferred.">
