Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Associate Manager in our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal representation, documentation, and compliance.

The successful applicant will be responsible for representing the company in consumer dispute cases across various courts and quasi-judicial bodies nationwide. Additionally, they will be tasked with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as Sale Deeds, MOUs, Agreements to Sale, Board Resolutions, Legal Notices, etc. They will also handle the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts, regulators, and tribunals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company in consumer dispute cases across courts and quasi-judicial bodies nationwide.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents like Sale Deeds, MOUs, Agreements to Sale, Board Resolutions, Legal Notices, etc.
  • Handle preparation and filing of legal documents with courts, regulators, and tribunals.
  • Provide legal opinions and guidance on consumer-related matters.
  • Manage regulatory and litigation matters under RERA, especially in Karnataka.
Requirements:
  • Experience in legal representation, documentation, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
