ServiceNow GRC Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the administration of our ServiceNow platform, specifically the GRC modules.

  • Configure and manage ServiceNow GRC modules to ensure seamless integrations and platform stability.
  • Perform DevOps tasks, including code deployments across environments and develop fixes for production defects.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems, resolving incidents and providing root cause analysis.
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability, supporting audits and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches, automate operational tasks to enhance efficiency, and maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow administration, particularly in GRC modules, and the ability to work independently.

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, preferably with GRC modules.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, and GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, incident resolution, code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes.
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and ITIL processes.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideAPI is a plus.
