Our company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Research Executive to join our team.

Job Description

The Senior Research Executive will play a critical role in managing and implementing research projects, ensuring timely updates to senior members and acting as primary client contact for logistics. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to ensure timely progress and provide excellent communication with clients.
  • Conduct research activities, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications, and facilitating client meetings to foster strong working relationships.
  • Establish new client relationships and drive business growth through marketing activities, including arranging meetings and drafting client-focused proposals that showcase our expertise.
  • Provide effective coaching to junior colleagues and lead teams to promote teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification is required.
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organisation is necessary.
  • 2 years' experience in research-based project support role is essential.
  • 1-2 years Healthcare experience is mandatory.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
  • Able to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts on time.
  • Solid project management skills are essential.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Basic coaching skills are necessary.
  • Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
