  • Provide comprehensive support to patients and healthcare providers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and transactions, ensuring that all relevant information is documented and easily accessible.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in using computer systems and healthcare software.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and healthcare software, including electronic health records (EHRs) and other medical software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
