Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled Patent Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting patent applications for inventions in information and communication technologies.

About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including formulating response strategies and drafting responses to office actions.
  • You will be responsible for drafting provisional specifications and completing patent applications with well-crafted claim sets.
  • A key aspect of this role is providing training to team members on technical areas and mentoring them on assigned technology areas.

About You

  • To be successful in this position, you will need a strong background in engineering or technology, preferably with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institute.
  • Excellent domain knowledge in information and communication technologies is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution, with 2+ years in US jurisdiction.
  • Experience drafting 50+ patent applications for the US domain is highly desirable.
