Agribusiness Development Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Agribusiness Development Specialist to promote and sell veterinary & poultry products to poultry farms, dealers, and veterinarians in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring effective product positioning.

 

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute business plans to grow market share and revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular market visits, analyze customer needs, and identify areas for improvement in our product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and expenses in accordance with company policies and procedures.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of field sales experience in poultry/veterinary business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or Life Sciences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
