Job Title: Senior Electrical Design Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering electrical design solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver electrical design solutions: You will work closely with our project management team to deliver electrical design solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Lead design reviews: You will lead design reviews to ensure that all designs meet quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with our technical experts to develop and implement best practices in electrical design.
  • Mentor junior engineers: You will mentor junior engineers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously improve processes: You will identify opportunities to improve our design processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate or graduate degree: In an engineering discipline such as electrical engineering.
  • Registration as a professional engineer: With the governing authority.
  • Strong technical skills: Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
