Job Title: Performance Marketing Strategist
OverviewWe are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact lead generation and e-commerce campaigns across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage performance campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more
- Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve campaign performance daily
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting strategies
- Proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads with 2–3 years of hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets
