Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our paid marketing strategy across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Lead budget planning and allocation, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Build and manage high-quality performance marketing funnels, achieving CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a fast-growing D2C brand.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets across multiple platforms.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
