Organizational Development Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at Entrata. In this role, you will collaborate with our global People Team and leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance organizational and employee learning and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for training and organizational improvement, presenting findings to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Partner with site leadership to provide coaching and guidance on employee performance, team dynamics, and leadership development, using data-driven insights to inform discussions.
- Own architectural design, strategy, and ongoing audit process planning for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and consistency in organizational development efforts, utilizing presentation skills to convey complex information simply.
- Develop, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of training programs, workshops, and resources to promote professional development and skill enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and trainers to drive training programs.
- Identify external trainers as needed, and manage an ongoing list of external and internal trainers.
- Manage training schedules and effective communication of learning plans.
- Lead change management initiatives to support implementing new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
- Foster a continuous feedback and learning culture, encouraging ongoing employee development.
- Design and implement employee surveys to gather feedback and insights, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Utilize communication and analytical skills to translate data into business language.
- Mentor junior team members and support the management of their daily tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance training and processes are up-to-date.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, or related roles.
- Experience working in an IT services/product/software engineering setup.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and adult learning principles.
- Experience with training design and facilitation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into meaningful insights.
Preferred Qualifications
We also welcome applicants with:
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in organizational development, change management, instructional design, or coaching.
- Experience working in the technology/software industry.
- Experience managing an LMS.
- Experience with employee sentiment and survey tools.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Suite.
