Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced Product Thought-Leaders, Product Managers to drive digital transformation for our global enterprise and start-up customers. You will engage with cross-functional teams to develop transformative ideas and solutions. Your creative thinking, business acumen, and deep engineering brilliance will help you succeed.

  • Exposure to complex enterprise domains and ecosystems like Retail, CPG, ISVs, and eCommerce
  • Various enterprise system workflows, domain-specific scenarios, and their business models
  • Analyze business problems and devise effective solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders, participate in conversations, and present your point-of-view
  • Break down problems into product roadmaps
  • Coordinate with high-performance engineering teams for flawless project execution
  • Create project plans considering variables, dependencies, resources, and customer touchpoints
  • Show a strong sense of growth and acceleration - adopt a 'Move Fast' mindset
  • Take on bold challenges and look past constraints
  • Storytelling ability to articulate user experience, user journey, business use-cases, and complex workflows
  • Lead with experience design - build high-quality digital experiences and products for global enterprises
  • Customer relationships are key - build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with bleeding-edge technology trends, enterprise systems, and innovation
  • Conduct market research and create comparison studies, feature analysis, and present your opinion
  • Identify, comprehend, analyze, and resolve enterprise problems
  • Think through analytics and insights for solutions
  • Critically review solutions with attention to detail from the user experience perspective
  • Manage multiple teams simultaneously, such as Dev, QA, UX

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant streams
  • 2-5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Agile software development methodologies and productivity tools like Jira, Trello
  • Estimation techniques considering different skills and technologies needs of projects
  • MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Google G-Suite
  • Remote collaboration tools like Zoom, Google Meets, MS Teams, Cisco Webex, Outlook, and Google Calendar
  • Understanding of enterprise security perimeter, VPN access
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent project charter and reporting skills
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create comprehensive project documentation
  • Technology Understanding:
  • Web engineering, cloud-native architectures, micro services, big data engineering
  • API, layered / tiered architectures, frontend, backend, middleware, enterprise architecture
  • Enterprise Mobility, MBaaS, MDM / MAM solutions, mobile distribution
  • Release management, version control systems, build systems, CI/CD, environments (Dev, QA, UAT, PROD)

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location:

This position is primarily based at our Pune headquarters, requiring all potential hires to work from this location.
