Job Title: Performance Management and Rewards Specialist - Business Strategy and Employee Engagement.
Role Overview:
We seek a seasoned Performance Management and Rewards Specialist to drive pivotal people strategies, foster employee engagement, and oversee core HR functions in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms.
- Design and execute impactful rewards and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Analyze HR data to enhance processes, retention rates, and employee engagement.
- Mentor and manage the HR team, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management and R&R.
- Familiarity with Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (preferably JobDiva).
- Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
