Foundational Operations Support Role Overview

This high-trust, execution-focused position provides direct support to the founder by managing tasks, tracking deliverables, and maintaining visibility across sales, operations, and internal initiatives.

You will act as a central integrator, ensuring the founder's energy stays focused on high-leverage outcomes. This involves:

  • Managing daily and weekly task trackers, meeting prep, and follow-ups
  • Coordinating calendar flow, protecting focus blocks, and preempting conflicts
  • Prioritizing founder action items across internal and external commitments

The ideal candidate is someone who brings structure to chaos, communicates with clarity, and thrives in a founder-led environment. Key requirements include:

  • 3+ years supporting founders or senior operators
  • Structured, fast-moving, and clear in both planning and communication
  • Comfortable tracking multiple projects and surfacing what matters
  • Tech-fluent and able to work independently without micro-management

We are seeking someone based in India available during full US hours.

Skillset required: Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word), Close CRM, Notion (task tracking, light dashboards), strong written and verbal English communication.

To be successful, you must possess initiative, consistency, and execution – not just experience.
