Transforming Customer Service: A Leadership Opportunity

The Business Process Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in driving process transformation within the SAP S/4HANA framework. This strategic position focuses on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of customer-related processes, ensuring seamless high-quality service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the S2C workstream across design deployment sustain phases for global S2C processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies gather business requirements conduct 'Fit to Standard' workshops. Develop AS-IS TO-BE process maps leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Identify process gaps document requirements translate them into functional designs. Manage dependencies with P2P L2C other streams.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligning with broader business goals. Lead external consulting support within your workstream.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of organization promoting transformation agenda. Manage change proactively engaging stakeholders facilitating adaptation to new processes systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration Commerce Marketing Sales or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years experience as key user Business user in Order to cash domain with special focus on Customer service process OR managing projects focused on business process excellence particularly within SAP ERP transformations in Sales Service Distribution.
  • Experience in SAP S4 HANA SD (Sales & Distribution) as Process expert is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Service to Customer processes like spare parts sales returns inhouse repair intercompany cross company invoicing.
  • Salesforce Integration for Dispatching monitoring field service executive Order Processing.
  • Expertise in necessary tools like Signavio JIRA SAP.
  • Exceptional leadership strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills capable of working diverse teams influencing leadership.
