Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to help us scale our quality processes further. At our organization, we value quality and automation in software development.

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices. Additionally, you will design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the QA team
  • Design and implement test automation strategies
  • Establish and maintain QA processes across various platforms
  • Collaborate with product and development teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
Requirements:
  • MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS)
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience working in startups and remote teams
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive
