Job Title: Performance Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Coach to join our team.

  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement personalized training programs for clients to enhance their strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance.
  • Client Assessment and Progress Tracking: Evaluate client fitness levels and monitor progress, adjusting training plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Motivation and Education: Motivate and educate clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
  • Staying Current: Stay updated on the latest fitness methodologies and integrate new techniques into training programs to maintain a high level of expertise.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to create holistic wellness solutions that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Clients Records and Progress Reports: Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Safety and Technique: Ensure the safety and proper exercise technique of clients during sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certification: Possess a certification in Personal Training from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Be a fresher or an experienced individual – both are welcome to apply.
