Job Title

We're at the forefront of reinventing meat for a sustainable future. Our Gen4 precision-structuring platform recreates the muscle fibres, connective tissue and fat of whole-cut chicken entirely from plants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop innovative mechanical solutions to advance food processing technologies.
  2. Participate in product optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
  3. Design and develop novel equipment to support product development and maintain quality standards.
  4. Perform engineering calculations and simulations to ensure the structural integrity and performance of mechanical components.
  5. Support scaling up bench-top equipment to production scale.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design, or Applied Mechanics, as well as minimum 3 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD), Machine Design, and/or Complex assembly design and simulation. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and FEA analysis tools is also essential.
