Senior Building Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems Engineer to join our team in Maldives.

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing MEP systems for various projects, including high-rise buildings.

  • Design and Development: Create detailed designs for MEP systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • System Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC design, electrical circuit design, plumbing system design, and building codes.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Requirements for High-Rise Buildings:

  • High-Rise Building Experience: Familiarity with designing and executing MEP systems for high-rise buildings, considering factors like vertical transportation, fire safety, and energy efficiency.
  • System Integration: Ability to integrate MEP systems with other building systems, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
