Lead Maintenance Specialist

- The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the planning and execution of preventive maintenance for process equipment, including vial filling, vial washing, tunnels, and isolators.
- Online checklists are used to track preventive maintenance in accordance with SOPs.
- In the event of a breakdown, maintenance must be performed in compliance with cGMP regulations for process equipment.
- This position requires adherence to cGMP, GDP, and safety standards while performing all activities.
- Effective communication and collaboration with other departments are essential to resolve plant maintenance issues.
- Responsibilities include managing spare parts for all process equipment and operating and maintaining HVAC systems.
- Maintaining clean room parameters and troubleshooting are also key responsibilities.
- Requalification of HVAC systems is an additional requirement.
- The ability to communicate relevant EHS concerns to the appropriate personnel is crucial.
- This role involves preparing purchase requests with spares and work details in accordance with established formats.
- Coordination with vendors is necessary for equipment covered under AMC agreements.
- A critical aspect of this position is documenting preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Additionally, this role encompasses the execution of ongoing projects, new projects, and plant extension works.
- Equipment qualification documents must be prepared as part of this role's responsibilities.
