Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Planning Team Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating routine maintenance planning and scheduling activities with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate routine maintenance planning/scheduling activities with cross-functional teams
  • Provide subject matter expertise support on planning, estimating, and scheduling for project work
  • Ensure high-quality work packages in compliance with industry standards
  • Drive accountability regarding standard planning and estimating tools and practices
  • Deliver quality execution work plans and updates on scope status and forecast
  • Collaborate with site representatives to determine work scope to be executed by maintenance teams
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure schedules are effectively integrated into the operating plan
  • Accountable to partner with Asset Maintenance Team Leads to feed planned work into the asset integrated plan/workflow
  • Develop tools to streamline cost and execution forecasting accuracy and report on status at individual project and portfolio level
  • Support succession planning discussions with leadership teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning
  • Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
