Event Manager Position Overview

The role of the Senior Event Manager is pivotal in our organization, responsible for spearheading projects and collaborating with teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and meet their objectives.
  • Developing event concepts, experiential campaigns, and strategies that drive quality execution.
  • Presenting to new and existing clients, aligning with company standards of delivery.
  • Managing project timelines through effective use of Gantt charts and other relevant documents.
  • Collaborating with Operations Teams to manage client approvals and financial plans.
  • Working closely with Finance Teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment terms.
  • Guiding junior team members in their work and ensuring it meets company standards before submission.
  • Providing regular updates on project progress to the Head of Department or Director.
  • Conducting post-event analysis and reporting to share findings with the Head of Department or Director.
