Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production, optimal inventory levels of raw and packing materials, and timely delivery of finished goods as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Daily Production Plans
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of production schedules.
  • Prepare and Release Production Orders based on demand requirements and material availability.
  • Monitor order execution, highlight deviations and report them to management in a timely manner.
  • Track and Record Production Line Status in the system to ensure real-time data accuracy.
  • Raise material requests for RM/PM and coordinate with Procurement and SCM for timely availability.
  • Manage Inventory Levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Optimize inventory holding through effective planning and coordination.
  • Generate and Analyze Monthly Performance Reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
  • Post-Graduation in Operations Management / Supply Chain (preferred).
Experience:
  • 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Control (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or engineering industries).
Key Competencies:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in SAP (PP module) is a must.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive problem-solving and supply chain risk management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory optimization techniques.

Skills: Proficiency in English and local languages for effective communication, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint etc. and strong learning agility with a continuous improvement mindset.
