Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in predictive maintenance, instrumentation, and electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage predictive maintenance of assigned areas, including all instruments in the plant.
  • Obtain work permits and communicate with internal customers.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of IS machines during job change times and validate with users after completion.
  • Check plant area CLTI, operator assistance, J12 Robot, pyrometer purge air, Lehr burner flame check, and clear abnormalities if any.
  • Verify FH/Dist Pyrometer as per Glass/Production requirements based on optical reading and replace faulty units, cables, etc.
  • Remove or install TC/Trilevel on Furnace/FH.
  • Test faulty removed electronics, cables, etc., and confirm with users after trials.
  • Carry out IS Machine Pusher testing, SCU, Solenoid, and IS removed cable repairing, etc.
  • Investigate abnormality during opportunities (product changes, breakdowns, etc.).
  • Implement GEB shutdown Plan activities.
  • Execute NG Line PRV change Over schedule for all plants.
  • Clean FH/DIST actuator/Gas Filter/PS.
  • Complete assigned training on LMS Module.
  • Provide technical training as per TNI schedule.
  • Maintain departmental critical spares.
  • Conduct plant breakdown RCA, Why-Why analysis, and action plan to reduce repetitive failures.
  • Backup PLC & SCADA systems.

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech in EC or Instrumentation.
  • 8-12 years of experience.
