Ethyx is a platform for building trust infrastructure for MSME and SHG finance. We're creating an ecosystem where finance, technology, and sustainability converge.

We are looking for a co-founder who wants to build Ethyx as if it were their own. This means self-initiative & resilience, a creator mindset, go-getter drive, and financial commitment.

The ideal candidate should be able to handle ambiguity, keep moving forward when the road gets tough, and be ok with frequent pivots. They should also be able to solve problems creatively and design systems.

We need someone who can chase outcomes, not just effort. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with ministries, investors, and other stakeholders.

The role requires a significant amount of time and expertise, but the right candidate will be rewarded with a competitive equity stake and the opportunity to shape the future of Ethyx.

Ethyx has recently closed a round at INR 12 crore valuation and is building the next generation of trust infrastructure for MSME and SHG finance.

We are shaping a system that demands first principles thinking, resilience, and initiative. We operate with a culture of self-drive and ownership, where every team member is expected to be a creator, problem-solver, and go-getter.

The government programs co-founder role involves building relationships with key stakeholders, including ministries, government agencies, and NGOs.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with government programs and be familiar with the relevant policies and regulations.

The role requires a strong understanding of the MSME and SHG finance sector, as well as experience in building partnerships and collaborations.

We are looking for someone who can help us scale our operations and reach new markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in business development and be able to think strategically about growth opportunities.

We believe in carving paths where none exist, experimenting boldly, and iterating fast. We don't believe in meetings, everyone meets their own deadlines.
