  • Proven track record in Customer Experience (CX) / Customer Centricity initiatives, delivering impactful results and growth.

Requirements:

  • Genesys Cloud expertise with solid understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in Middleware/Workforce Solutions, enabling streamlined operations and enhanced performance.
  • AWS Connect, Google CCAI, Nice CX, and Analytics & Reporting Tools: QlikSense, Looker, driving data-driven decision-making and insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective stakeholder management and communication.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, and Technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
