Executive Support Role

This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to the founder, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on high-level decision making.

  • Manage the founder's calendar, fitness schedule, travel, and personal logistics to ensure timely execution of tasks and commitments.
  • Drive the founder to meetings, events, and personal commitments, maintaining a safe and efficient transportation service.
  • Track birthdays, social events, and personal commitments to ensure timely reminders and follow-ups.
  • Refill and organize personal supplies, including supplements, grooming items, and essentials, to maintain a healthy and productive environment.
  • Ensure car cleanliness, servicing, and maintenance schedules are up-to-date to prevent any potential issues or safety risks.
  • Handle gifting, printing, parcel pickups/deliveries, and event coordination to provide a professional and organized service.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
Operational Leadership

As an executive associate, you will be responsible for leading operational execution, including schedules, workflows, communications, and follow-ups.

  • Track attendance, payroll, payouts, and team bandwidth to ensure accurate records and informed decision making.
Project Management

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clear meeting documentation, including notes, insights, and actionable follow-ups.

  • Use Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Partner with the founder on brand strategy, pitches, and business development to drive growth and success.
  • Conduct research, audits, and prepare strategic presentations to inform key decisions and drive progress.
  • Monitor accountability across stakeholders and projects to ensure effective collaboration and results.
Personal Training & Wellness

As an executive associate, you will be responsible for conducting daily personal training sessions as required, designing and adapting fitness programs, tracking progress, and ensuring safe and effective sessions.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

  • Graduate degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in EA, operations, or support roles.
  • Certified personal trainer (preferred) or demonstrable training experience.
  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
