**Investment Banking Strategy Role Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned investment banking professional to fill this senior leadership position. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in driving strategic business initiatives, leveraging their expertise in investment banking and capital markets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement comprehensive investment banking strategies.
  • Apply deep knowledge of investment banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in daily meetings to review market developments and progress.
  • Provide regular reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for mergers, acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Prior experience working with financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Strong network across the industry, with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
