Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Effectively manage meeting room bookings and ensure that rooms are prepared to the highest standards
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and oversee material inward and outward registers with precision
  • Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, guaranteeing timely delivery and receipt
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area, adhering to the highest standards of presentation
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure smooth operations and optimal workflow
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or reception role, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in fast-paced environments, prioritising tasks with ease
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and precision
