Leadership Wellness Development Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong technical skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for promoting wellness in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product and technology strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, focusing on architecture, CI/CD, cloud operations, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-facing features, including booking and payment systems, itinerary builders, and psychometric assessments.
  • Establish integrations with payment gateways, calendar and travel APIs, Zoom meeting tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
  • Drive operational excellence by automating operations, implementing SLAs, and managing vendor portals and reporting dashboards.
  • Serve as the technical voice in investor pitches and partner meetings, creating demos and prototypes to showcase product capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience building product startups or platforms, with expertise in full-stack and DevOps development.
  • Strong background in frontend and backend development, with proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and Django.
  • Cloud and infrastructure experience, with knowledge of AWS, GCP, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience integrating payments, calendars, video SDKs, and CRMs, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
  • Ability to build demos and pitch technical concepts to investors and partners.
  • Strong operations mindset, with a focus on process automation, vendor management, and SLA optimization.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), psychometric tools, bookings/OTA workflows, and dynamic pricing.
  • Prior early-stage or co-founder experience, with equity literacy and a founder's mentality.
