Director of Operations and Strategy

The role of Senior Executive is a key position within our hospitality business, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the company.
As a seasoned professional with a strong background in hospitality management, you will be expected to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.
- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure the effective operation of multiple hospitality assets.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets and financial performance to achieve desired levels of profitability.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining service quality and profitability through collaboration with international luxury hotel brands, driving operational efficiencies, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, a minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and at least 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/Unit Head of a hotel with a leading international hospitality brand.
