We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the establishment of Data Science teams and programs of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop analytics program of work in collaboration with business stakeholders and analytics management.
  • Establish a data science team and deliver priority business initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of experience in program management, data science, and strategy. Financial services experience, particularly in corporate and institutional banking, is preferred.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to drive results-oriented programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools.
