Role Overview

Inflexion seeks a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to lead our development team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as leadership skills to drive project success, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem solving.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)
    • SAP HANA (database design, SQL, stored procedures)
    • SAP UI5 / Fiori
    • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
Desirable Skills:
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to Cloud platforms (SAP BTP).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with security standards and performance optimization in enterprise applications.
