Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate leader who can own end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives that power our global products client solutions.

You will work across product engineering operations client teams to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps drive progress against goals deliver scalable solutions that make an impact worldwide. Ideal candidate should have proven ability to manage software development projects in fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery.

• Serve as Scrum Master facilitating ceremonies fostering high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid quality releases.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform business needs into clear actionable plans delivery schedules.

• Track communicate project health with metrics like velocity burn-down throughput deadlines to both internal leadership external clients.

• Proactively identify remove risks roadblocks dependencies escalating when necessary to maintain momentum.

• Influence align senior leaders cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating trade-offs progress strategic choices.

• Foster culture of accountability transparency continuous improvement collaboration geographically dispersed teams.

• Manage client-facing relationships ensure thorough alignment satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 5-10 years experience managing software product delivery ideally in SaaS SportsTech sectors.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM PSM) preferred.

• Deep expertise in Agile hybrid methodologies experience leading distributed offshore teams.

• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives manage multiple stakeholder priorities.

• Excellent communication skills engage influence technical non-technical audiences alike.

• Strong passion for sports particularly cricket highly valued.
