We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our AI strategy and oversee product development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams, with expertise in AI, machine learning, and NLP. They will be responsible for developing and executing a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring scalability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a technical strategy that enhances scalability and aligns with business objectives.
  • Product Development Leadership: Lead the design and development of AI-driven products or any software products, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Tech Stack & Infrastructure: Hands-on build and optimize a robust, scalable tech stack to support growth and product needs.
  • Innovation & Research: Drive technological innovation by staying at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across departments.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Implement systems for tracking technical performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring efficiency.

Qualification & Attributes:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI, machine learning, or software tech startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in fast-paced dynamic startup environment.
