As a seasoned Cloud Architect, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the modernization of legacy applications into scalable, cloud-native solutions using .NET Core and Azure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and delivery of applications.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive containerization efforts and define performance benchmarks.
  • Evaluating and recommending optimal Azure services for migration and greenfield development.
  • Ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET stack, including ASP.NET and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms – Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
  • Expertise in building and migrating applications to SaaS architectures.
  • Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB) in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AKS/EKS and serverless computing (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).
  • Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
  • Prior experience modernizing monolithic apps into cloud-native architecture.
