Job Title

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Solution Architect to join our team. This role will involve designing and implementing secure architecture for Azure environments, leveraging Azure security services and best practices.

  • Security Design Review: Conduct thorough security design reviews for new IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies and standards.
  • Collaboration with Project Teams: Collaborate with project teams to identify security requirements and integrate security controls into the project lifecycle.
  • Secure Architecture Design: Design and implement secure architectures for ecommerce platforms, particularly Magento, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • API Security Measures: Develop and enforce security measures for APIs, including authentication, authorization, and threat protection.
  • API Gateway Management: Implement API security best practices and manage API gateways to ensure secure data exchange.
  • On-Premises Network Security: Design secure network architectures for on-premises environments, including segmentation, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on data management and cybersecurity.
  • Architecture Experience: Demonstrated experience in architecture and design solutions using Azure Data Lake and other data analysis tools.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with security architecture for ecommerce platforms, particularly Magento.
  • Microservice Architecture: Experience in developing and implementing microservice architectures.
  • Cloud Security and Architecture: Familiarity with cloud security, application, database and api architecture best practices.
  • Education: Computer Science or Relevant Degree

  • Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
  • Trend Micro Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access
  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Skills and Competencies
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of designing secure networks, applications, and cloud architecture.
  • Understanding of IAM principles and user provisioning techniques.
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies.
  • Strong design knowledge and experience working with Azure/AWS security controls.
  • The ability to verify solutions and gain assurance that they are fit for purpose.
  • Strong understanding of the changing threat landscape.
API Security
  • Understanding of API protocols and authentication methods.
  • Knowledge of threat protection and data encryption techniques.
  • Experience with API gateway management and development.
Azure Architecture
  • Proficiency with Azure services and networking concepts.
  • Understanding of Azure Virtual Networks and Subnets.
  • Experience with Azure Policy and Azure Monitor.
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Deep knowledge of Azure Active Directory and identity protection.
  • Understanding of Role-Based Access Control and conditional access policies.
  • Experience with single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
