At our organization, we're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Developer - WorkDay HCM. This role is all about collaborating with others to create and enhance robust HR and Payroll integrations. In this position, you will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and configure innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced developer who can lead projects from start to finish, using Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop comprehensive technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and calling backend API (SOAP/REST). Proficiency in Workday Integration Cloud, Delivered Connectors (Packaged and Core Connectors), Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Workday Studio, and Web Services is also a must.

Skills Required
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, and Payroll.
  • A strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes and how they are implemented in Workday.
  • Hands-on development and proficiency in both developing and calling backend API (SOAP/REST).
