Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Planner to oversee the planning and coordination of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Information Exchange: Establish seamless communication with customers and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project Planner (MPP) and Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with stakeholders' expectations.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly track project progress, identifying potential delays or issues, and proposing alternative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on schedule performance, highlighting areas for improvement or concern.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Planning Experience: Proven expertise in managing end-to-end projects lifecycle.
  • Schedule Development: Hands-on experience in preparing detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project Planner (MPP) and Primavera P6.
  • Global Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Strong analytical skills to identify potential conflicts or constraints in project timelines and propose alternative solutions.
